Hoy escogí la primera pregunta para la convocatoria semanal:

Elon Musk anunció que la primera misión a Marte será en 2026. Será el primer viaje tripulado, lo que implica riesgos e incertidumbres como no poder volver a la tierra. Aun con esta incertidumbre, ¿te gustaría ser la primera mujer en realizar este tipo de viaje espacial?

En cuanto la leí me impactó.
Tanto es así que me puse de internauta con mi computadora….. requería tener más información al respecto. No conocía esa noticia, así que decidí investigar un poco más…... tengo que aprovechar la magia de las comunicaciones, por internet, aunque no pueda comprobarlas. Y esto fue lo que conseguí:

Que el viaje (ida y vuelta) desde la Tierra a Marte tarda 400-450 días.
Marte es un planeta desértico y frío. Está cubierto por extensiones de arena y rocas.
Aparentemente no tiene agua en estado líquido.
Se tiene poca información sobre la temperatura de ese planeta, pero se sabe que depende de la latitud y que varía con las estaciones. Se han conseguido temperaturas medias de (–55 °C). En verano, durante el día, pueden alcanzar los 20 °C o más, mientras las mínimas nocturnas pueden alcanzar fácilmente –80 °C. En invierno las temperaturas pueden bajar hasta –130 °C.
Tiene dos satélites: Fobos y Deimos, los cuales presentan forma irregular.
A Marte se le llama planeta rojo debido a la presencia de hierro oxidado en su suelo.

Con respecto a toda esa información me atrevería a aventurarme, a formar parte de la primera misión a Marte. Para mí es emocionante ser la primera mujer en ese viaje. Supongo que recibiré el entrenamiento necesario. Tendré que viajar desde mi país hasta el país donde se realice el despegue. A veces me invaden dudas:
No tengo dinero para viajar. ¿Me regalarán el pasaje?
No sé si me acepten por la edad que tengo….
¿Recibiré el entrenamiento necesario?
¿Cómo será la alimentación en esas condiciones?
¿Dónde dormiremos?
¿Qué tipo de traje llevaré? ¿Me adaptaré? ¿Podré soportarlo?

Todavía no se quien las puede responder, pero sigo entusiasmada de poder conocer el planeta Marte y verificar si existe alguna civilización que habite ese planeta.De ser cierto me encantaría comunicarme con la gente de Marte.

Today I chose the first question for the weekly call:

Elon Musk announced that the first mission to Mars will be in 2026. It will be the first manned trip, which involves risks and uncertainties such as not being able to return to Earth. Even with this uncertainty, would you like to be the first woman to make this kind of space trip?

As soon as I read it, I was shocked.

So much so that I became an Internet user with my computer..... I needed more information about it. I didn't know that news, so I decided to investigate a little more...... I have to take advantage of the magic of communications, by internet, even if I can't check them. And this is what I got:

That the trip (round trip) from Earth to Mars takes 400-450 days.
Mars is a cold desert planet. It is covered by expanses of sand and rocks.
It apparently has no liquid water.
Little information is known about the temperature of this planet, but it is known to be latitude-dependent and to vary with the seasons. Average temperatures of (-55 °C) have been achieved. In summer, during the day, they can reach 20 °C or more, while nighttime minimums can easily reach -80 °C. In winter temperatures can drop to -130 °C.
It has two satellites: Phobos and Deimos, both of which are irregularly shaped.
Mars is called red planet because of the presence of oxidized iron in its soil.

With respect to all this information, I would venture to be part of the first mission to Mars. It is exciting for me to be the first woman on that trip. I suppose I will receive the necessary training. I will have to travel from my country to the country where the take-off will take place. Sometimes I have doubts:
I don't have the money to travel - will I get a free ticket?
I don't know if they will accept me because of my age.....
Will I receive the necessary training?
What will the food be like in these conditions?
Where will we sleep?
What kind of suit will I wear? Will I be able to adapt? Will I be able to stand it?

I still don't know who can answer these questions, but I am still excited to get to know the planet Mars and see if there is any civilization that inhabits that planet, and if so, I would love to communicate with the people of Mars.
