Y bueno, lo siguiente fue acondicionar el espacio… Ya se los he comentado en varios post, pero aquí les va de nuevo… Yo vivo en una cajita de fósforos (Muy coqueta por cierto) por lo que me toca ser imaginativa con el uso del espacio.

In that little corner, between the TV cabinet and Púa's designated bathroom, was the space chosen to place it. Thank God, Púa is a very well-behaved dog and is always looking to be alone in her newspaper.

En esa esquinita, entre el mueble de la tele y el baño designado de Púa, fue el espacio escogido para colocarlo. Gracias a Dios, Púa es una perrita muy educada y siempre busca hacer solo en su periódico.

We had to be very careful with our figures, so we had to slowly move the furniture as close as we could because right next to it is the door of the house.

Teníamos que tener mucho cuidado con nuestras figuras, así que nos tocó arrimar poco a poco el mueble lo más que pudiésemos porque justo al lado está la puerta de la casa.

Here my husband is thinking about how to arrange the mess of cables that always forms behind the TV. WIFI, TV and Playstation cables always make a mess. Thank goodness with this modern age there is no need for a stereo 😂

Aquí mi esposo está pensando en cómo acomodar el desastre de cables que siempre se forma detrás de la tele. Los cables del WIFI, de la tele y el Playstation siempre se hacen un enredo. Gracias a Dios que con esta época moderna no es necesario un equipo de sonido 😂

While he was in charge of untangling cables, I was in charge of taking out the tree and the ornaments, which are not many actually, but they are very spooky 😍

That Christmas star, it cost me $5 last year and you'll see how pretty it lights up. My husband, he let me choose what color we were going to put all the ornaments and since I'm girly when I want I chose that fancy fuchsia ❤️

The new thing I did buy this year was the tree stand (or the rug that you put on it to cover the base of the tree) I owe you that post from the Total World store outing, but I promise it will be my next post 🙏🏻

Mientras el se encargaba de desenredar cables, yo me encargue de sacar el árbol y los adornos, que no son muchos en realidad, pero son muuuy cuchis 😍

Esa estrella de navidad, me costó 5$ el año pasado y ya verán lo lindo que alumbra. Mi esposo, me dejó escoger de qué color íbamos a colocar todos los adornos y pues como yo soy femenina cuando quiero elegí ese fucsia elegante ❤️

Lo nuevo que sí compré este año fue el pie de árbol (o la alfombra que se le coloca para tapar la base del árbol) Les debo ese post de la salida a la tienda Mundo Total, pero prometo que será mi próximo post 🙏🏻

We continued with the other part of the process: putting the tree together. This part took us a while, because you know that dust accumulates over the months and for allergic people (like me) it's better to vacuum everything.

Thank God my husband is insistent and this year we made the investment to buy a vacuum cleaner. While it is very noisy and we must be careful when cleaning not to suck up liquid, the easiest solution I found is to put on my headphones and play podcasts while I clean 🎙️

But well, there as you can see Pua was vigilant to the movement 🐺

Seguimos con la otra parte del proceso: Armar el arbolito. En esta parte nos tardamos un rato, pues ya saben que el polvo se acumula con el paso de los meses y para las personas alérgicas (como yo) es mejor aspirar todo.

Gracias a Dios que mi esposo es insistente y este año hicimos la inversión de comprar una aspiradora. Si bien es muy ruidosa y debemos tener cuidado cuando limpiamos de no aspirar líquido, la solución fácil que encontré es colocarme mis audífonos y poner podcast mientras limpio 🎙️

Pero bueno, allí como pueden ver Púa estaba vigilante ante el movimiento 🐺

Finally the last step was to untangle and test the lights. This step is important because who hasn't had it happen to you when you are confident that the lights are working and suddenly you realize that they don't turn on. You go to buy others and when you arrive you realize that the lights were not bad you just needed to accommodate a bulb 🙄

Finalmente el último paso fue desenredar y probar las luces. Este paso es importante porque a quien no le ha pasado que llegando diciembre estás confiado en que las luces funcionan y de repente te das cuenta que no prenden. Vas compras otras y cuando llegas te das cuenta que las luces no estaban malas solo necesitabas acomodarle un foco 🙄

Then came my turn to put all the decorations while my husband watched the game (and I listened to him 😂) in this part I consider that you need a lot of decorative eye when you don't have many decorations. In this case, the ideal is to place them all in the "front" part to make it look pretty. Here is the result.

Luego llegó mi turno de poner todos los adornos mientras mi esposo veía el juego (y yo lo escuchaba 😂) en esta parte considero que se necesita mucho ojo decorativos cuando no tienes muchos adornos. En este caso, lo ideal es colocarlos todos en la parte "delantera" para que se vea bonito. Aquí les dejo el resultado.
