Saluditos mis queridos amigos de hive, espero que se encuentren de muy buen ánimo, mi receta de hoy para todos ustedes consiste en unos ricos y sencillos diamantes de mantequilla.

Greetings my dear hive friends, I hope you are in good spirits, my recipe today for all of you consists of some rich and simple butter diamonds.

Ingredientes.

350 gr. de mantequilla.

200 gr. de azúcar.

500 gr. de harina de repostería.

Ingredients.

350 gr. of butter.

200 gr. of sugar.

500 gr. pastry flour.

Preparación

Lo primero que haremos será acremar la mantequilla con el azúcar, luego agregamos la harina y mezclamos bien.

Preparation

The first thing we will do is add the butter with the sugar, then add the flour and mix well.

La pasamos a una superficie plana para trabajarla mejor, al obtener una masa manejable la dejaremos reposar unos 20 minutos.

We pass it to a flat surface to work it better, when we obtain a manageable dough we will let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Pasado el tiempo estipulado, estiramos la masa, cortamos en círculos iguales, ponemos en una bandeja de horno preparada y horneamos a 180º durante 7 minutos aproximadamente.

After the stipulated time, we stretch the dough, cut it into equal circles, put it on a prepared oven tray and bake at 180º for approximately 7 minutes.

Y ya tendremos listos nuestros ricos diamantes para una merienda de media tarde. Espero les haya gustado. Saludos.
