My SoulDoodle Pebbles in a new environment

avatar

They look much better outside, in natural environment, than in artifical light of my room.
Well, I will never photograph my artworks on my desk, enlighted with desk lamp any more.

These are so beautiful, I would see them fit for a pendant or some other piece of jewelry. They look like mini mandalas on a pebble. Very cute!

Thank you! For pendants, they are too heavy. Once I tried to paint in smaller pieces, but I had problems with the hanger, I couldn't find a strong glue for it.

Have you tried epoxy resin? It is super strong. For smaller pebbles maybe you could drill a hole and make it easier, I have tried with small pebbles and with a small drill you can definetely succeed. I think they look so pretty and they would make a great accesory

They are almost all very hard quartz pebbles, nearly impossible to drill them. But epoxy glue is a really good idea! Thx!

You're welcome! There are drill bits for stone in particular, just in case you ever try. It goes through it like a knife through the butter

Wow, this is beautiful type of art, I really like it. I want to know do you prepare this stones before drawing on it? Do you have some special technique in preparing them? Thank you for answering, can't wait your next post. :)

Thanks! Nothing special. Just water and sometimes rubbing with sandpaper.
