Getting Fit for Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades: 29Jun19
Walking, walking, walking... so much walking. This morning I went to support my youngest for a Science Drama Competition held in Putrajaya which is a 40 minute drive out with no traffic.
There was also a marathon at the same time so all roads were blocked. I kept going in circles since I am not familiar with the area. I finally gave up. Parked and searched the place through google map and walked. And walking back to my car after, gave me 7k steps. I got lost too, because without all the cars I couldn't quite remember where I had parked.
By the way, his school won and they will be going to Beijing, China to represent the country next month.
Then I went to the night market which starts around 4ish. And crossed over the 15K mark on my Exercise Ball.
