What Happened To All Those Colors I Shared? | My Life In Color on Black * White * and Gray Wednesday (7/13/22) | HIGHLIGHTING THE COLOR FOR THE DAY
I love sharing my fractals and other digital images. Each time I share with you My Life In Color - Highlighting the Color For the Day, do you ever wonder what happens to those colored images? Do I just fold them away in a file and move on to the next color day? The answer is NO!
Once I share my images for the various colors, I then create various art projects from the majority of the images. Some of my fractals and other digital images are used as overlays on other images. Often, I've donated numerous images to a free image library on Hive called LMAC Image Library (LIL). Still other images find their way into amazing design projects.
Whenever I publish a post for the specific day's color, I try to remind my readers that the idea for a challenge based on colors assigned to a specific day is not unique. A former blockchain member who organized the Color Challenge Community conceived the idea. I participated often, providing various color images.
Since I love digital drawings also, I decided to create my own version of the colors assigned to different days. It's not a challenge. I'm only sharing my personal photos and digital drawing images in my collection.
Divulging the whereabouts of my images is a pleasure. Many have found their way into different communities where appropriate to publish.
With that said, today is Black, White, and Gray Wednesday. I created an abstract art piece that contained orange and a burst of colors. If you want to see my list of colors, check out my color chart below. I've assigned different days of the week with a particular color or color blend.
Creating fractals is accomplished with a fractal rendering program. My favorite program of choice is Apophysis, version 7x. Compared to the lower version, 7X renders the flames heavier with a clear and crisp focus. You can see almost every detail. Numerous programs such as this exist that allow you to design various types of fractals.
In this dramatic pure fractal, I was able to achieve an image that resembles a pair of eyes. My first thought was that it would fit perfectly with any image requiring a dramatic black or gray pair.
The opportunity presented itself while blending other pure fractals together to create a face for a short story in the Alien Art Hive Community.
In this short story, a pair of lovers, one human; the other alien, try to find common ground in a relationship. If you'd like to visit my post and discover how I created the collage with my pure fractal image and others included, the link to my post is below.
I hope you like how I utilized my abstract art design in my fractal project.
