Week 12 ( Wed. Nov. 3, 2021) Almost to the Finish Line | My Participation in | Wednesday Wellbeing Club - Until 11/24/21)
Hello everyone and welcome back. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm alive and thriving this first week of November and still participating in the Wellbeing Club. Only 21 days left in our wellbeing initiative. I want to share with you my progress in this Week 12.
The Wellbeing Club is hosted by @shanibeer over in the Natural Medicine Community. The Club kicked off its initiative on Wednesday, August 11. You can join in any time and continue: Wednesday Wellbeing Club | 11 August - 24 November | Week 1: Wednesday 18 August 2021. The Wednesday Wellbeing Club's objective is about helping you make changes to your health you set as your goals.
In getting the Club's guidelines actively working for my benefit, I adopted its Rule of Fives. Tailoring it to fit my health goals, I first created my own Rules as set out below:
Weekly Rule of FOURS:
- Lose 2 lbs.;
- Enjoy 4 x 30-minute sessions of physical activity (either indoors or outdoors);
- Eat 4 x (1/2 cup combined) - portions of fruit and vegetables each day;
- Get 4 nights x 8 hours sleep.
- Carve out 4 x 30-minute sessions offline either with family or self-indulgence quiet time.
Occasionally, when issues arise, I've had to revisit @shanibeer's previous post in which she provided tips on how she handles issues when things go wrong and how it affects your wellbeing. @shanibeer is currently attending to offline matters and will return soon. Good luck to her in her endeavors, and hope all is well.

My eating and sleeping took a step back this week. I'm hoping by the end of the year, my new Diabetes meds combination will have worked itself out. My A1C number rose slightly. My advice was not to worry, but I do feel a change in my overall health.
I'm currently working on only one of the offline projects I started recently. I find it's less stressful concentrating my full attention on one project at a time. I'm happy to report that I now have all my supplies needed to continue building up my storage shed.
This extra space with be utilized for relocating all my antiques taking up space indoors. I can actually see some corners and shelves that were inundated with years of antique collections.

The shed materials are ready to be a beautiful place to have extra storage and the -8 Dear oh wow that’s huge. I hear that before meds set in that will take some weeks hope they will do what they are supposed to do soon
