Hola amigos de HIVE. ¡Feliz domingo! ¡Feliz día de las madres! Hoy estamos celebrando el día de las madres aquí en Venezuela. Un día donde muchos festejan, y donde otros se entristecen con recuerdos, añorando todo lo vivido con la suya.

Hello HIVE friends, Happy Sunday, Happy Mother's Day! Today we are celebrating Mother's Day here in Venezuela. A day where many celebrate, and where others are saddened with memories, longing for all that they have lived with theirs.

En lo personal, considero que el día de la madre es todos los días. Una celebración y honor personal, por tener a esa persona cerquita de nosotros. Sin importar la edad, las madres siempre están presentes en cada etapa de nuestra vida. El ser madre, creo que es algo infinito, poderoso e inmenso.

Personally, I consider Mother's Day to be every day. A celebration and personal honor, for having that person close to us. Regardless of age, mothers are always present at every stage of our lives. Being a mother, I believe, is something infinite, powerful and immense.

Una madre, crea vidas, un canal hermoso donde se alimenta un ser, son sustento, aliento, apoyo, valentía. Tantas cosas en una sola. Ser mamá debe de ser un triunfo, una victoria, un éxito rotundo. Me cuesta definir lo que significa ser madre. Algo sobrenatural, un honor, un privilegio, un milagro. Y al mismo tiempo una representación de cuidado, amor, paz, protección, vida. Hay una frase que dice: “nadie te va a querer más que tu mamá” y es así. Mi mamá me lo ha demostrado día tras día, ella ha hecho lo inimaginable. Ella suma, multiplica, y divide con tal de verme feliz.

A mother creates lives, a beautiful channel where a being is nourished, they are sustenance, encouragement, support, courage. So many things in one. Being a mother must be a triumph, a victory, a resounding success. I find it hard to define what it means to be a mother. Something supernatural, an honor, a privilege, a miracle. And at the same time a representation of care, love, peace, protection, life. There is a phrase that says: “no one will love you more than your mom” and it is so. My mom has proved it to me day after day, she has done the unimaginable. She adds, multiplies, and divides in order to see me happy.

Personalmente, considero que el Día de la Madre es todos los días. Una celebración y un honor personal, por tener a esa persona cerca de nosotros. Independientemente de la edad, las madres siempre están presentes en todas las etapas de nuestra vida. Ser madre, creo, es algo infinito, poderoso e inmenso.

Por ella, soy lo que soy, amo como amo, y siento. Mi vida, no tendría sentido, sin ella que es la que me dio la vida. Sé que no debe de ser fácil. Todo lo que conlleva ser mama. Implica una cantidad de cosas, de obligaciones, responsabilidades y malabares. Abrir un espacio en tu vida, para cuidar a una vida. Darle refugio a alguien que se vuelve tu todo. Guao. Me quito el sombrero con el rol de mamá. Espero que, cuando a mí me toque serlo, tenga la suficiente madurez emocional para sobrellevar y hacerlo de la mejor manera. Oro para que cuando llegue ese momento yo sea amor, firmeza, templanza, paz, sustento y aliento. Ser mucho, para que mis hijos sean mucho MÁS.

Because of her, I am what I am, I love as I love, and I feel. My life would be meaningless without her, who is the one who gave me life. I know it must not be easy. Everything that comes with being a mother. It involves a lot of things, obligations, responsibilities and juggling. Opening a space in your life, to take care of a life. To give shelter to someone who becomes your everything. Wow. Hats off to the role of mom. I hope that when it's my turn to be one, I will be emotionally mature enough to cope and do it the best way I can. I pray that when that time comes I will be love, firmness, temperance, peace, sustenance and encouragement. To be much, so that my children will be much MORE.

Gracias mami. Gracias porque nunca te has rendido, porque tu nobleza sobresale, porque tu fe es imparable. Gracias por tus cuidados, tu protección, por amarme tanto. Gracias porque eres una mujer maravillosa. Eres luz, vida, amor, orgullo y admiración. Deseo que Dios me de la oportunidad de devolverte, aunque sea un poquito de todo lo que me brindaste y sacrificaste por mí.

Thank you mommy. Thank you because you have never given up, because your nobility stands out, because your faith is unstoppable. Thank you for your care, your protection, for loving me so much. Thank you because you are a wonderful woman. You are light, life, love, pride and admiration. I wish God will give me the opportunity to give you back, even a little bit of everything you gave me and sacrificed for me.

Gracias a todas las madres que son ejemplo de admiración y templanza. Gracias a las madres adquiridas, a las madres sin serlo. A todas las que a diario luchan por darle una vida maravillosa a sus hijos. Me levanto, y me quito el sombrero, por todas esas que viven para sus hijos.

Thanks to all mothers who are an example of admiration and temperance. Thank you to the acquired mothers, to the mothers without being one. To all those who daily struggle to give a wonderful life to their children. I stand up, and take off my hat, for all those who live for their children.
