Three things you need to take seriously in 2024 as an introvert to thrive
Looking for things to help your growth with while planing on stepping into a new year? Here are what you should take seriously in 2024. I have been wanting to tell you these secrets but I think this is the best time to tell you since we are moving into the new year.
This is a season where we hear the words, "new year, new resolution right?" But, may I shock you? You will still remain OLD, if you did not make some decisions. Nothing will be NEW if you fail to change some certain things. So, here is the main gist: take these three things seriously in 2024 and come and thank me later.
Choice of career
Many people are guilty of this already, you know you choose that skill or business because your friends are doing it or because it's lucrative, GO and REPENT in Jesus name.
You should choose a career in which you are so PASSIONATE about. ASK yourself questions. " Do I derive joy and fulfillment in pursuing this career or I'm just doing it because of money? "
Networking
You cannot thrive without CONNECTING with other people. (You need this more than what I can explain here on this post right now)
If you want to be a thriving introvert in the coming year, go and learn how to network with valuable personalities. You cannot rise alone. No! You need men whose shoulders you can climb on. Men who have gone ahead of you and can show you HOW.
Be INTENTIONAL about connecting with people of like mind, vision and core values.
Build & sustain quality relationships
A lot of people know how to CONNECT but find it difficult to SUSTAIN those relationships.
Build strategic relationships. Many people focus too much on getting value from those ahead of them but ignore those below them. Don't always be at the receiving side, get valuable too and impact those looking up to you. That is how we rise!
I believe these three hot strategies will hasten your journey in 2024 only if you can implement them.
