ÚLTIMAS REVISIONES ANTES DEL PARTO

El día de hoy fue mi tercera revisión semanal de finales del embarazo, realmente creí que regresaría a casa como las otras dos veces, sin ninguna novedad, con tristeza y estrés porque mi bebé no tiene interés en salir de la panza 😅 pero esta vez me llevé una sorpresa, tengo 1cm de dilatación!!

Today was my third weekly review of the end of pregnancy, I really thought I would go home like the other two times, without any news, with sadness and stress because my baby has no interest in getting out of the belly 😅 but this time I I had a surprise, I am 1cm dilated!!

Desde antier me empezó un dolor tipo cólico localizado hacia la espalda baja que me duró como 24 horas, al día de ayer alrededor de las 3pm se me quitó, las contracciones en todo momento fueron irregulares, el dolor en la escala del 1-10 era como un 2 o 3. Sin embargo todo se pausó.

The day before yesterday I began to have crampy pain located in my lower back that lasted about 24 hours, yesterday around 3pm it went away, the contractions were irregular at all times, the pain on a scale of 1-10 was like a 2 or 3. However everything paused.

El día de hoy amanecí bien, sin embargo al querer levantarme sentí una fuerte presión en mi pelvis como si el bebé estuviera atascado ahí, realmente sentí como si ya se fuera a salir, pero unos segundos después mi bebé se acomodó y dejé de sentir eso.

Today I woke up fine, however when I wanted to get up I felt a strong pressure in my pelvis as if the baby was stuck there, I really felt as if it was going to come out, but a few seconds later my baby settled down and I stopped feeling that.

Ya en el hospital me dijeron que todo está bien, el bebé ya está encajado en la pelvis, sus latidos, el líquido, la bolsa no se ha roto, el tapón mucoso sigue sin desprenderse. Me dieron algunas indicaciones, que vaya en caso de salida de líquido, sangrado abundante, síntomas de preeclampsia, o ya cuando tenga contracciones cada 8 minutos aproximadamente aunque no tenga mucho dolor. Ojalá que sea de las que casi no les duele 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Already in the hospital they told me that everything is fine, the baby is already embedded in the pelvis, his heartbeat, the liquid, the bag has not broken, the mucous plug still does not come off. They gave me some instructions, to go in case of fluid leakage, heavy bleeding, symptoms of preeclampsia, or when I have contractions approximately every 8 minutes even if I don't have much pain. I hope it's one of those that hardly hurts 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Al venir de regreso a mi casa sentí algunas contracciones y mucha más presión en la pelvis, el dolor es muy leve, es más que nada incomodidad. Ya tengo las maletas listas, tanto la del bebé cómo la mía, sólo me falta poner unas copias de dos documentos que me pidieron y está todo listo! A esperar la llegada de mi bebecito, que ojalá llegue hoy mismo 🥰

Coming back to my house I felt some contractions and much more pressure in the pelvis, the pain is very slight, it is more than anything discomfort. I already have the suitcases ready, both the baby's and mine, I just need to put some copies of two documents that they asked me for and everything is ready! To wait for the arrival of my little baby, hopefully it will arrive today 🥰
