So many things are learnt in life and we cannot finish learning in as much as new things keep developing, coming and inventing. Our preparedness, plans, determinations, focus and perseverance will keep us growing as anxieties keep aggravating and as we keep approaching difficult times. We can never finished escaping anxieties. But, our emotional thoughts and mindsets should always be positive to hold any challenges in life.

The parameters to control & exit Anxiety

When anxiety occurs, what are some of the things we can do to solve or move that difficult times or situations? As every question has it solution, so as every challenge has its remedy. No condition at one point in time has ever remained permanent. If one is able to plan well and having the mindset to escape so shall it be. Our fears, negative thought, worries and panicking sometimes lead us to forget how to plan to mitigate the challenges we face in life; either being marriage problems, jobless, family issues and other unpleasant situations we face in life.

Sometimes, our thought partterns of negativities engulf and crowd our minds for taking good decisions to get rid of difficult situations. Hence, When we are facing irregularities in life, tough times and challenges beyong our solution, we need to sit back, analyse things, seek for counselling and take action to remedy the situation. To every situation or occurences, we need to exercise with much patience and control our emotional thought which may cause destructions.

The Blame Shifting Mechanism

It has been the cronicle and human being since time memorial of creation. We remember the biblical episode of Adam and Eve. When Adam finished eating the forbidden fruit 🍓🍑, he began to shift blame on Even being the one who deceived him to eat. Eve also ended up by shifting blame to the serpent who lured her to eat. That's how human nature is, we begin to shift blames to others when anxieties come. We shift blames on whoever is responsible to the cause of that anxiety, what brought about that. It is good to know where the situation emanate from, being over exaggeration the situation sometimes leads to delays and inability to take actions. Anxieties recruit our minds for making decisions. Sit and account for what is deficit in that situation and stop thinking who cause the situation to happen. Stop thinking that you are inferior and no body. Be smart and act fast. Be bold and have posistive mindset of having the will power to do.

Our Positive Thoughts Trigger Our High Winning Rate

Many are we whose spirit is dumpened when our doctor says only 1% survive through through cancer disease or kidney disease. Say yes, but through God all things are possible so say to yourself that if 99% dies through that disease, I am of these survival patient of this disease. All that I mean is that our positive thoughts would always save us from what we think it has died and lifeless. What everyone says it can't be, have a positive thinking that it can be!

Most of your applications are turned down, but that doesn't end your life. Even though most of your friends have led you in business or job fields for the past 10 years. Do not worry, your first two years in job field can surpass your friends income. Through the skill you have acquired in job market, no matter how the situation is hard, the level it has reached in economical situation, no matter the hyperinflation your country is facing, having a positive thoughts and taking action to labour to fend yourself will keep you growing.

Do Not See Life As Instant Thing.....

Many of us are not able to control their emotions when anxieties come due to seing life as instant and getting rid from the situation at very faster rate. If you are unble to solve your anxiety today or tomorrow, it means you need time to strategies and plan well. Once you focus on your mind in positive mood, you get a better understanding of what you can achieve or what you can do without following what the group are saying which have no bearing to combat the situation your are facing.

Conclusion

Every thing that anxiety can set in whether being Marriage, job, income, lifestyle, coworkers, schooling and friendship; we must always be patient order our steps and control our emotions even though you may not be the cause of the occurrence of this anxiety. We need to wake up from where we have fallen.
