I don't really know much about the tradition of the holy week but I know it's about Christ and to celebrate it by cooking something appropriate to the said event, I just remember we get to make binignit, suman, biko, etc. and watch a christ movie in the tv, it's not required but it's always what my parents play in the tv about the story of Christ.

It was a maundy Thursday, I don't know how it's celebrated though, all I know is a holy week in the Philippines is celebrated this way, like going out to the beaches, climbing mountains, camping and swimming pools with families or friends.

My family planned to go swimming, at this place called Alimoot Summer House Resort, alimoot means a hot weather, the place is still new I think, since it has only 3 pools.

A feast made by the family ~ I tasted everything and it was very delicious ~ thank you tita and tito for the food.

It was my first time coming to this resort so I roamed around, and noticed that it's just a small place and there are still so much to improve from what I see,

I love how simple the house from afar~ wishing it was a coffee shop for me to dine in and hang around until we go home since I don't like swimming much because I don't wanna bring wet clothes with me,

I love this ~ I don't know if it's just a design to add beauty to the place or if they allow this to be rented,

I love this bone fireplace, I can already imagine having a group of friends gathering drinking, talking, and singing. It'd be a good place to bond.

I found my cousins building their tent and swings, I'm just amaze at how prepared they are for camping hahahah

I joined them in the tent @prescillahmina said to my cousin (her husband) to lay down so that we can make him our pillow 😆

They were actually playing mobile legends which I joined in for fun because I'm good at playing it too ~

This is how it looked like from my perspective when I was laying down, I was very happy seeing my family gathering and talking about life and businesses.

here's a pic of the other side~ I hope they extend their pool and add more adult pools since they only have one, the other two were for the kids.

Staying here for a short while and hanging out with the family during the holy week was fun.
