A FAMILY ADVENTURE IN CUSCO - PERU
Aprovechando las cortas vacaciones de medio año, mi mamá, mi hermano y yo partimos rumbo a la ciudad imperial para vivir una de las mejores experiencias de nuestras vidas.
Cusco es una ciudad hermosa, con decenas de cosas para ver, comer, y disfrutar. Actualmente parece haberse convertido en una ciudad que vive por y para el turismo, con una cantidad de ofertas increíble. Para nuestra suerte pudimos encontrar tours, almuerzos y hospedajes que se adaptaran a nuestros bolsillos.
En general la experiencia fue muy buena, obviamente el lugar que más expectativa nos generaba y a dónde fuimos primero fue Machu Picchu, pero también visitamos otros sitios históricos como Sacsayhuamán, Qoricancha y la montaña de 7 colores, dónde hacía un frío tremendo y terminé sufriendo los estragos de la altura (5200 metros sobre el nivel del mar).
Espero volver algún día al ombligo del mundo para recorrer todo lo que me falta, seguir comiendo carne de alpaca y enfrentar nuevas batallas contra el mal de altura (esta vez no me ganará).

Taking advantage of the short mid-year vacations, my mom, my brother and I set off for the imperial city to live one of the best experiences of our lives.
Cusco is a beautiful city, with dozens of things to see, eat, and enjoy. Nowadays it seems to have become a city that lives by and for tourism, with an incredible amount of offers. Luckily we were able to find tours, lunches, and accommodations to suit our pockets.
In general the experience was very good, obviously the place we were most looking forward to and where we went first was Machu Picchu, but we also visited other historical sites such as Sacsayhuaman, Qoricancha and the 7 color mountain, where it was extremely cold and I ended up suffering the ravages of altitude (5200 meters above sea level).
I hope to return someday to the navel of the world to travel all that is missing, continue eating alpaca meat and face new battles against altitude sickness (this time it will not beat me).
