I cannot help it and although I know positively that I will not be the one to solve the controversial enigma of Rima VII by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, I recognize that when the cold gnaws even the marrow of my bones and the frost falls inclemently on the fragile and cold petals of the defenseless flower, I feel the presence of 'the snow hand', which deep down is not, I want to think, but the metaphor of the supernatural: what we sense and which in fact terrifies us, because its name, as One of the horsemen of the Apocalypse is called Death.

No lo puedo evitar y aunque sé positivamente que no seré yo quien resuelva el controvertido enigma de la Rima VII de Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, reconozco que cuando el frío me roe hasta el tuétano de los huesos y la escarcha se abate inclemente sobre los frágiles y ateridos pétalos de la indefensa flor, siento la presencia de ‘la mano de nieve’, que en el fondo no es, quiero pensar, sino la metáfora de lo sobrenatural: aquello que presentimos y que de hecho, nos aterra, pues su nombre, como uno de los jinetes del Apocalipsis, se llama Muerte.
