Perhaps, deep down, he belongs to that class of people - who knows, if in danger of extinction, especially in these times of mediocre virtual hypocrisy - to whom that enigmatic - and I say enigmatic, because there are authors who seriously consider the femininity of her true identity-philosopher of Greek origin, Plato, called 'friends of looking', referring, especially, to the speculative and contemplative.
And based on this, as well as the right that my own freedom grants me - for which, fortunately, I have absolutely no one to answer to, except myself, who is the one who knows best and, therefore, who truly he is capable of making objective value judgments- I contemplate those details, for many, possibly insignificant, with which we are gratified on a day-to-day basis, thinking -perhaps behind Calderón de la Barca's back- that those who dream, really live. And living, after all, is what really matters.
Quizás, en el fondo, pertenezca a esa clase de personas -quién sabe, si en peligro de extinción, sobre todo en estos tiempos de mediocre hipocresía virtual- a los que aquel enigmático -y digo enigmático, porque hay autores que se plantean seriamente la femineidad de su verdadera identidad- filósofo de origen griego, Platón, denominaba como ‘amigos de mirar’, refiriéndose, especialmente, a los especulativos y a los contemplativos.
Y en base a ello, así como al derecho que me otorga mi propia libertad -de la que, afortunadamente, no tengo que rendir cuentas absolutamente a nadie, excepto a mí mismo, que es quien mejor se conoce y por lo tanto, quien verdaderamente está capacitado para emitir juicios objetivos de valor- contemplo esos detalles, para muchos, posiblemente insignificantes, con los que el día a día nos gratifica, pensando -puede que a espaldas de Calderón de la Barca- que quien sueña, realmente vive. Y vivir, después de todo, es lo que verdaderamente importa.
