LA TORMENTA

Comienzan las lluvias
la tierra eleva su aroma
me huele a tierra mojada
por los senderos del hato

El cielo con su rugir
entre nubes tempestuosas
relámpagos y truenos
anuncian la tormenta
que asecha al paisaje.

Vientos huracanados
amenazan con tempestad
aplacando el fuego
que brota de la tierra
como termales vapores
que elevan su calentura.

Arroyos se vuelven ríos
y ríos que se vuelven mares
retomando los cauces
que un día fueron.

Al final de la tormenta
sólo lodo y escombros
que dejó la corriente
sobre el nuevo paisaje
que muestra las grietas
como heridas de una tempestad.
