Media and schools must be forbidden to pass on extensive and detailed knowledge to citizens, because we don't want details, we just want it to be dumb and simple.

Also, don't forget framing, which you can use to create certain neural connections in your head, namely: "Green" (alternative energies) is new and good, fossil energy is old and bad!

2: Create a lot of fear!

Fear paralyzes! When you say, "The world is ending, we have only a limited time left to save the world," etc., they expect you to provide a solution. They want a rescue from this supposedly hopeless situation.

3: You connect the first two points again in another form and that is this misinformation plus the fear to it!

You unilaterally assert "nuclear power plants are bad, they are radioactive, they could explode at any time, they are not the appropriate means to provide us with energy," and then you shut them down without fear of any opposition worth mentioning.

4: You need money!

Just get the money from banks, the majority of people manipulated by state media won't mind for the time being you accumulate enormous amounts of debt and that they have to pay for it in the end. All of this is at least officially make for their rescue, so they will approve of you borrowing a lot of money to stop the fossil fuel companies that are keeping the whole thing alive.

Once these obstacles are finally removed, the way is clear to move forward with new projects, better projects, green projects, whose dismal failure can be distracted from, if need be, with a wide range of opportunities around the world.

5: Raise false hopes and, of course, accumulate even more money.

You're raising false hopes by saying, "This shutdown of nuclear power plants alone has unfortunately not led to the planned goal that we're pursuing, and that's why we unfortunately have to shut down more things." That will mean, for example, a phase-out of coal power, out of gas power, away best of all from everything that citizens so urgently need.

At the same time, you take even more money to be able to promote credits, to subsidize new projects, such as wind power and solar power. Of course, you never do all this with the idea of building a stable grid, because you know this is definitely "not" enough.

6: Make a deal with your enemy.

In this case, your chosen enemy is Russia. You now conclude wild contracts with your enemy, because you not only want to eliminate your entire production and supply, but you want to be dependent, namely on your chosen enemy and the funny thing is, this enemy you can then blame for everything in the end, without the media-controlled Sheeple will question your blame, at least as long as they are doing well and have not yet felt the effects of your policy.

7: Create sanctions of your own making!

The aforementioned sanctions lead to the fact that you no longer want the energy from the enemy, because you no longer like the enemy. In the end, this means that you neither produce yourself, nor do you want to continue to use the supply from your enemy or scapegoat, and voila, very quickly your country, like Germany, will find itself in an energy crisis.
