Human beings have an imminent need to grow and face constant challenges NOT with exaggerated self-demand, on the contrary, with great curiosity.
All the achievement that we are obtaining throughout our lives is translated into positive effort since deep down it is the process that we want and need to live, in this way we discover ourselves and grow.
The achievement is one of the main motivations of the human being together with the connection and the accomplishment.

Hemos visto la NECESIDAD DE DECISIÓN, la NECESIDAD DE VINCULACIÓN y hoy la tercer necesidad en orden de prioridad LA NECESIDAD DEL LOGRO.
Los seres humanos tenemos una inminente necesidad de crecer y enfrentarnos a retos constantes NO con autoexigencia exagerada por el contrario con mucha curiosidad.
Todo el logro que vamos obteniendo a lo largo de nuestras vidas se traducen en esfuerzo positivo ya que en el fondo es el proceso que deseamos y necesitamos vivir, de esta manera nos autodescubrimos y crecemos.
El logro es una de las motivaciones principales del ser humano conjuntamente con la vinculación y la realización.
