Hoy desarmaremos una de mis herramientas de trabajo ya que estábamos cortando unas láminas para hacer una puerta y tuvimos un pequeño percance con el esmeril éste comenzó con un ruido inusual y pensé que era un rodamiento dañado porque no quería andar

Lo desarmamos y conseguí la falla real que presentaba el esmeril, no era los rodamientos era el enducido que por falta de mantenimiento rompió el Cuñero que sujeta uno de los piñones que los hace girar

We disassembled it and I got the real fault that the grinding wheel presented, it was not the bearings, it was the drive that, due to lack of maintenance, broke the Keyway that holds one of the pinions that makes them rotate.

Consigo un esmeril para usar los repuestos ya que este si se quemó completamente, seguí limpiando y conseguí otra falla que es la bocina central muy pequeña que usa ahí como no tengo el extractor ideal para sacar esa bocina uso un truco con jabón por el orificio le introduzco jabón y con el mismo eje donde corre la bocina le doy un golpe hacia abajo para que brote la bocina

I get an emery to use the spare parts since this one did burn completely, I kept cleaning and got another fault which is the very small central speaker that it uses there since I don't have the ideal extractor to remove that speaker I use a trick with soap through the hole I introduce soap and with the same axis where the horn runs I hit it downwards so that the horn sprouts

Como pueden observar ya saque la bocina para montarla en la pieza original porque está estaba Dañada

As you can see, I already removed the horn to mount it on the original part because it was damaged.

Luego la montamos en su lugar y les muestro los dos cuñeros el dañado y el que conseguí en buen estado que es el que sujeta el piñón en el enducido

Then we mount it in its place and I show you the two keyways, the damaged one and the one I got in good condition, which is the one that holds the pinion on the drive

Después montamos el Cuñero y el piñón montamos el enducido luego le agregamos grasa y Procedemos a armar todo el esmeril. Gracias a Dios pudimos prender y adiós ruido y trabajo terminado
