ecoTrain QOTW: Do we need Xenobots, and do they excite or terrifiy you?

So what are Xenobots?
Xenobots are self-healing microbots that are designed and programmed by a computer (an evolutionary algorithm) and built from the ground up using biological cells.
In this particular era we're living technological advancements for me isn't what should terrify us and this is because the world hasn't gotten with primitiveness but with the striving and breakthrough of science and development. Of course we don't know often scare us, but in fact the awareness of the things we choose not to know might kill us. Xenobots are bi-robots which means they're alive and respond to stimuli. They can be used for things like delicate surgical procedures and treatment and they fact that they're biodegradable is one reason why I think Xenobots should excite us. I speak more on the prospect of Xenobots in this video and why we should be excited by it rather than be scared.

Well I don’t think we need them I think the future humans will need them! The way I see it is people will breed less and live longer and will use AI, quantum computing, 3D printing and xenobots to extend their lives which could make interplanetary travel a real possiblity
More of using them to cure illnesses and reduce the risk of complications in things like surgical procedures. I think we need them a whole lot and it's functions are not extended except it's manipulated for now I think it bears no harm
I'm always intrigued by a person who looks across the chasm into the unknown and is excited by possibility.

@josediccus, In my opinion we Humans never know what we need exactly, we always move ahead or collaborate as per the Feelings. In my opinion no matter which Technology, our Feelings (Intuition) will let us know what is good for our Higher Self. Stay blessed brother.
But in this case technological advancement such as this will save lives more than we know. It'll help in places where doctors can't even attempt. It's not just technology, it's human inclined to save lives
Yes, in a way Humans will decide what is good for them. If it's helpful for Human Beings then in my opinion this Technology will be adopted. Have a great time ahead and stay blessed.
