A more concrete story

I would like to tell you that this series has brought back in me the desire to wait for Sunday night with the expectation of seeing what will happen in my favorite series, I was a big fan of the series of games of throne and I even read the books of "Song of Ice and Fire" which I thought were even better in plot than the series but I was like many others waiting for the end of the book and disillusioned with the end of the series.

In this case the story is based on a book that the author did finish so the story is more complete, in this case I did not read the book but in the others there are references to what happened here with the protagonist family, and you can see the difference in the progress of the story.

In this first season there is an advance in time that was not in the previous series that took much longer to mature the characters, here we even see a change of actors in some roles, which suggests that the story will be more complete than in the previous case.

The story of a family collapse, a war forewarned

One of the most important things that the story deals with is how the family can be destroyed by wrong decisions, in the tradition of the reigns the placement in the royalty as an organization will depend on the family ties and must be treated in a very subtle way in order to maintain a balance and calm with respect to the members of the family, especially for the interests that are in between, like the other series there are a number of plots and hidden actions that surprise the viewer but within a family dynamic that is not very common to see.

Daemon steals the show

In the series you can observe the performance of some of the characters as a king tries to do his best according to his possibilities before the actions of characters more daring than him, who in the midst of his responsibility and problems ends up being surpassed by other characters around him among which so far has highlighted Daemon Targaryen showing courage, arrogance selfishness, can cause any emotion but indifference, Rhaenyra is another strong character in the plot and the change of actress does not affect the strength of the character is as if the evolution of the woman is seen.

On the other hand the Hightower family with Otto and Alicent represent a more quiet and calculating way of looking at things compared to the impetus of the characters mentioned above. Being the Velaryon house the one that determines in some aspects towards where the balance tips in the devious strategy of King Viserys at least in these episodes.

plot twists the order of the day.

If there is something that surprised us about Games of Thrones was the great way they made us expect something and then the opposite happened, these series are out of the usual cannon on the screens and always surprise us, in this case it is interesting how within some scenes that are supposed to celebrate a different occasion, the true desires and expectations of the characters come to light giving rise to a lot of tension that is generated and released many times behind the scenes and suddenly explode on the screen.

Now the table is set, a lot of intrigue is pending at this moment, waiting for the next explosion of action in this great story. I in particular remain attentive to the surprise that the next chapter may bring us.

Thank you very much for reading!
