Saludos amigos de catarsis! hoy quisiera hablar de una situación que nos encontramos en mi país Venezuela en muchas partes, y me refiero a la situación en las instituciones en las cuales no se remunera el trabajo de forma adecuada.

Les comento que hace pocos días fui a un centro de salud por parte de un seguro, pero parece que la organización no les proporciona una buena remuneración o un buen trato a su personal, (en realidad parecía una institución pública) y desde que llegue el trato que fue establecido hacia nosotros, fue de queja y de excusas, la verdad que cuando no se tienen las condiciones laborales es un poco dificil.

Desde el momento de llegar me encontre con una señoraque a pesar de ser una profesional de la salud tuvo que abrir porque alaspersonas que les correspondía no estaban, resulta que la enfermera no fue porque tenía un problema personal, que una médico se fue del país y no avisó (se enteraron por facebook) entonces es complicado porque la situación de la persona que estaba sola, porque sus compañeros no habían llegado era complicada, porque estba alli dando escusas y a la vez quejandose por las condiciones de trabajo que ella tenía.

Al final a duras penas fui atendido, y di gracias a dios que no tenía en el momento una emergencia. Y aunque como usuario me sentí mal atendido también me pude ver reflejado un poco con respecto a lo que es estar dentro de instituciones que no ayudan a su personal, pero que a la vez es complicado el tener que cumplir las funciones pero sin ningun tipo de recursos para poder ejecutar las actividades.

Entonces las personas que van al trabajo quedan mal porque no hay condiciones, así como la falta de personal, el problema es que usuario quiere obtener su servicio y se presenta un conflicto de intereses, es una situación bastante incomoda, y lo he pasado en ambos lados del problema por trabajar, en una institución pública, esto comprende una complicación bastante importante que molesta mucho.

En lo personal es muy frustrante el ver y estar en una situación en la cual se debe cumplir con una función pero al final solo se maneja una escusa y/o queja, y espero que pronto la situación con las instituciones públicas de salud y educación para que estos servicios tan importantes para la sociedad puedan ser realizados de la mejor manera para el bienestar y crecimiento de la población.

Supongo que todos en alguna ocasión hemos pasado esta frustración y es bastante dificil y se que los que no puedan ejecutar la acción tampoco la han pasado facil sin poder dar respuesta.

In the end I was barely attended, and I thanked God that I did not have an emergency at the time. And although as a user I felt badly attended, I could also see myself reflected a little with respect to what it is like to be in institutions that do not help their staff, but at the same time it is complicated to have to fulfill the functions but without any resources to carry out the activities.
