Siendo muy honesta, y desde la mayor humildad posible, es una teoría con la que me he sentido identificada. He notado cómo tener una presencia cuidada o una sonrisa amable actúa a veces como un "lubricante social". En entornos públicos, comerciales o cotidianos, facilita que las personas te presten más atención, muestren mayor disposición a ayudarte o suavicen su trato desde el primer segundo. No resuelve la vida, pero sí abre ciertas puertas iniciales.

Being very honest, and with the utmost humility, it is a theory that I have felt identified with. I've noticed how having a neat appearance or a kind smile sometimes acts as a "social lubricant." In public, commercial, or everyday settings, it makes it easier for people to pay more attention to you, show a greater willingness to help, or soften their treatment from the very first second. It doesn't solve life's problems, but it does open certain initial doors.
