Cristo: El León de Judá. -- christ: The Lion of Judah.

The Word of God will reorient us. God, don't go around telling us to be sober and dance. This means being alert and not walking around distracted by life, spiritually relaxed, since the enemy takes advantage of every second we let our guard down.

What's more, here it speaks of the devil prowling around like a roaring lion, but let's pay attention: he's not a lion, but he prowls like a lion. Let's remember that the devil is a great imitator; he makes noise and instills fear, but he doesn't have the power we have when we are in Christ Jesus.

And right here, God tells us not to despair, but to resist on this day, as the shield that protects us and keeps us standing firm in Christ. He also reminds us that we are not alone, since many face these types of struggles around the world, and He helps us at all times.

Our life is not a picnic or a moment to relax; it is a battlefield, and the enemy, our adversary, wants to instill fear and make us fall into temptation. He also wants to make us feel alone. But that is a big lie. We are in Christ Jesus and we have everything we need to face whatever life presents. Let us remember that Jesus has already defeated the enemy and is the true Lion of Judah who defends and protects us always.

Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world.

1 Peter 5:8-9

Palabra de Dios nos va a reorientar, Dios no salgan diciendo que seamos sobrios y que bailemos esto significa que estemos atentos y que no andemos distraídos por la vida estando relajados espiritualmente ya que el enemigo se aprovecha de cada segundo en que bajamos la guardia.

Es más, aquí habla que el diablo anda como león rugiente, pero prestemos atención: no es un león sino que anda como un león. Recordemos que el diablo es un gran imitador, hacer ruido, imparte miedo pero no tiene el poder que tenemos nosotros al estar en Cristo Jesús.

Y aquí mismo Dios nos dice que no nos desesperemos sino que resistamos en la fecha que este el escudo que nos protege y nos mantiene firme de pie en Cristo, también nos recuerda que no estamos solos ya que muchos son los que enfrentan estos tipos de luchas alrededor del mundo y él nos ayuda en todo momento.

Nuestra vida no es una salida de picnic o un momento para vivir relajados, es un campo de batalla y el enemigo nuestro adversario que quiere imponer miedo y hacernos caer en la tentación, también nos quiere hacer sentir que estamos solos, pero eso es una gran mentira nosotros estamos en Cristo Jesús y tenemos todo lo que necesitamos para hacer frente a todo lo que se presente en la vida, recordemos que Jesús ya venció al enemigo y él es el verdadero León de Judá que nos defiende y nos protege siempre.

Sed sobrios y velad; porque vuestro adversario el diablo, como león rugiente, anda alrededor buscando a quien devorar; al cual resistid firmes en la fe, sabiendo que los mismos padecimientos se van cumpliendo en vuestros hermanos en todo el mundo.
