MY SCHOOL DAYS

In my days in primary school, I was taught a subject called Agricultural science. One of the outstanding topic I could remember is "germination". I had learnt that for every plant to germinate it needs some factors. These factors could include: sunlight, water, carbon dioxide, soil.

WHY TALKING ABOUT THIS?
Just as plants have some factors needed for germination, same does humans have its own factors for growth. Every little supply of water, light, air, soil etc. matters to the plant before it could germinate. Its process of growth may not appear significant on the first instance, but time after time the radicle, plumule and other necessary body parts start shooting.
A consistent nurturing of the plant yields healthy fruits, flowers, stems etc.
Consistency, did I just say consistency?
Oh yes! Consistency is as important as the factors necessary for germination.
Bringing it home, every human growth depends on the information he gathers.
A quick question, WHAT DO YOU FEED YOUR MIND WITH?
To have a consistent healthy growth as humans, one outstanding factor I want to point out is your environment.

ENVIRONMENT
According to advance English dictionary, environment is the totality of surrounding conditions. Before I go further, let me give a brief story:
A friend of mine came over to the office for us to discuss our future plans. After we had outline the goals and steps needed to be taken, he expressed a regretful gesture. I asked him what was wrong, he then said "John, do you know environment really matters?", in my confused state, I said "okay?" He went further, "my neighbors are really bad energy. All they discuss about is online scamming, the number of ladies they have spent with, and other unhealthy talks." I noted his statements and took into consideration that the people you stay around can either drain or boost your energy. Staying around people with productive ideas, passionate and innovative minds that can ignite the passion in you.
Additionally, as other motivational speakers often say "stay away from your comfort zone." It is absolutely true that a problem solver is never on his comfort.
An environment that makes you feel comfortable makes you myopic in thinking, also makes you feel all problems have been solved.

DECISION
I once paraphrased what my dad said, "the decision you take today determines your position tomorrow." It is also applicable here, no man steps out of its comfort except he takes a deliberate action. To be sincere, it is much easier to get into our comfort zone than coming out of it. Based on scientific research, the human body is programmed to be at rest. Therefore much effort is required to withdraw from such domain.
Question: How can we come out of our comfort environment?
The best way is to know who you are, what drives you, and being a problem solver.
Once you discover a problem, never be comfortable until you are able to solve it.
Have the hunger to learn more, even if it may not interest you at the first instance.

Let me pause there and take some shots with my mobile phone.

Note, no one can stop your progress except you!
