#1: Just A Step 🪜

I decided to play a game titled: color water sort, during my leisure time. As simple as it looks but requires a lot of reasoning.
How can it be played? Very simple, first, different jars are mixed with water of different colors. So, it is our work as the players to sort the colors till all the respective jars are filled with the same color of water. Sounds simple, right? But there are in levels, the higher you go, the tougher it becomes.

There is an outstanding lesson I learnt in the game; which is the ability TO START. Most times, in the game you don’t know if you will win or lose except you START. While the game is ongoing, you will be able to figure the way out for yourself. Also, if you lose in the game, you no choice than to START AGAIN then you will discover your mistakes, correct them and fill up the respective jars with its appropriate color of water.

What a lesson! Ability to START. In place of that, I use the word: TAKE A STEP. Actually, there is a popular adage: Rome wasn’t built in a day. I totally agree with that, however, it definitely started in a day. What matters was that there was a START. Even God, the creator of time had a BEGINNING (Genesis 1:1 – in the beginning…)

Let me ask a quick question?
The dream you are wishing in your mind, when will you START to make it unfold to reality or are you waiting for a BOOM then it suddenly becomes a reality?

AH! That will definitely be the greatest lie we will tell ourselves. Nothing just happens, there is always a STARTING POINT.

I know where you are going. I know what it is not in your mind, the fear to START. Yay! I know it is a painful process, but a process can be trusted.

Taking a step may cause us to draw out blueprints. It is a good one though, but there are some situations that these blueprints fail us. WHY? Because of the stumbling blocks we are going to encounter. When we meet this stumbling blocks, we will have to re-strategize our plans. If we don’t take a step, would we have known there is a stumbling block ahead? NO. The stumbling block is part of our growth. Once you start, and meet such, it gives you an opportunity to learn, research and seek an everlasting solution.

Life itself offer us this great ample opportunity, A FRESH START; no matter how long you have gone in the wrong direction, you can never reach your destination, so why not give yourself a PAUSE, RE-STRATEGIZE, and START AGAIN.

TAKE THIS STEP, and at the end you will appreciate you did it.
