Bambara nut is one very unique crop that many do not know about, and that's because a lot of the food that we eat around here revolves around very few crops like rice, beans, maize, yam, and a few like that.

Bambara nut is one crop that can directly replace beans in meals because it can be used to make akara, which many think can only be made from bean cake, as our generation has gradually moved away from using bambara nut as a substitute for beans.

It's been barely a few weeks since we planted the bambara nut, but if you look at it compared to another crop, I believe it is growing pretty fast and healthy so far.
