HELLO HIVE

The year might be running down fast and most farming activities have gone far enough already yet there is still time and space for one more crop with the remaining part of the year.

I am putting the land that was used to cultivate my maize to fantastic use right away. I had to hurry the harvesting of my maize so I can use the land to plant beans for the remaining part of the year.

The big question is how much time do I have left to do this and the perfect answer to that is the nature of beans, unlike many crops that like alot of water once it starts producing its seed plant the case of beans is quite different.

The way it is produced around my place sees the beans plant relying on the early morning dew as it's own source of water during production period since that period most times clash with the part of the year where rainfall begins to stop.

Exposing the beans that is in the middle of producing makes the seed that it is producing to get spoiled right on top of the plant itself.

A little bit of water inform of due won't do the beans any harm that explains my decision to plant around that time, planting earlier does not mean the beans won't do, but putting this factor and other factor into consideration you would see why it makes sense to plant around this time for people around this part of the world.

Currently the rainfall is fall very heavily and planting now won't do it any harm but I assume before it starts producing the rain level would have dropped.

That soil will be draining water from the beans, I wish they do well. Keep applying some fertilizers and steady morning and evening water.
