Ecotrain Qotw - What should we be eating to be healthy and vibrant?

Fruit can dearly boost our health and make us to lived long, if I am to talked or choose any food which I see may be more nourishing to our health, I think nothing more if not fruits, fruits helps the body of a man in so many ways, and the following ways includes:

It aids in digestion: when you are feeling tired, which are always the challenges we do face in our life, fruits like, orange, mango, Apple and all the rest can play a big role in making you get back yourself favorably, Normal and always improving, two days ago, I had these feelings of not wanting to eat anything at all, since I was feeling too tired and weak, eating of garri is always my favorite, but because of how I felt that day, I was not able to eat garri yet I had appetite for fruit and which I did ate.

And in the evening, I was begining to get back myself and I was good, the fruit I took, restore my body system and make me bouyant and strong, and the next day, I was capable of eating and drinking as usual, that is one of the functions of fruits In our body.

It keep our body light and reduce weight: If at anytime you are somewhat feeling too heavy on your body, believe me, the best shoot you could ever get is to take fruit at the moment, eating a lot of fruits like apples or avocado pear at this time, would one hundred percent be helpful to your body, fruit has a lot of benefit to our body.

It also keeps us in check and balance: Having the best weight of all time can be gotten, when you do not stay a week without eating fruits, this varieties of items are good and what humans should not do without.

That is why, Doctor's in the hospital at some point, would tell a patient to eat fruits for the time being, that may be during the period of Medications depending on how the case may be, you would see them setting you times which you should be eating fruits and tell you not to forget eating it for the said days, as the reasons may be, a patient may be lacking vitamin in the body, which are topic, we are to focus on the next chapter.

Fruit relay vitamins in the body: Vitamins is very essential in our body and as well as blood, then what gives us this vitamins, is fruits, vitamins can be whole gotten by eating of fruits, when a man have enough vitamins in the body, his skin would be brighten and sparkling and if he is having an injury in his body, as the case maybe, the injury would not take long but it would heal fast.

The fastest the injury take to heal, depends on the amount of vitamins on his body.

I love taking fruits especially Pineapple, Cucumber and Watermelon and I noticed whenever I feel tired and weak, once I take these fruits combination, I feel relieved to do other things even if I need to eat another food.

Fruits has a lot of benefits to our bodies and part of it are what you have mentioned. Thanks for sharing.
