Algo que nos agrada es seguir la reunión y hablar luego de los eventos o reuniones “formales”, puede ser una comida o simplemente conversar en la sala de una casa, lamentablemente en este caso no pudimos tener ese momento de “celebración” debido a que teníamos diferentes ocupaciones, sin embargo, seguramente disfrutaremos en otra oportunidad de ese calor de Hivers qué juntos hacemos un ambiente de mucha energía y diversión.

Un ejemplo claro de lo que menciono en el párrafo anterior es que luego del evento Hive Play 2 Earn en Barquisimeto decidimos ir a la casa unos amigos Hivers para celebrar, Camila estaba en la casa de mi prima para que mi esposa y yo no tuviésemos límite con la hora de llegada, teníamos mucho tiempo que no llegábamos a las 4 de la mañana a nuestro hogar, una celebración junto a nuestros amigos Hivers, una reunión tan divertida que casi logramos ver el amanecer junto a ellos. Este tipo de espacios son necesario, no solamente el trabajo o la planificación, es bueno relajarse y reírse un buen rato, lo increíble es que seguimos hablando y bromeando acerca de muchos aspectos o situaciones en Hive.

Todo esto es de mucho valor para mi esposa y para mí. Luego de la emergencia sanitaria en el país, nos limitamos mucho a compartir con amigos, así también algunos se fueron alejando en sus ocupaciones, tener un grupo cercano en el cual podemos salir, a reunirnos o a conversar, es algo que nos alegra y nos hace escapar de nuestras rutinas del día a día. En mi caso mi personalidad introvertida hace que normalmente no desee salir mucho de mi casa, sin embargo, la energía que emana de los Hivers es única y me agrada encontrarme con ellos.

Hemos conversado para que en algún momento podamos disfrutar de otro tipo de reuniones, como ir al cine o ir a un café, fuera de la planificación de un evento, eso sin dudas nos va acercando más y hará que cualquier trabajo con respecto a Hive fluya de una mejor manera.

Seguir creando lazos y fortaleciendo la comunidad

Nuestro objetivo es claro, fortalecer la comunidad de Hivers en Barquisimeto, creando lazos significativos de compañerismo y amistad entre todos, seguir construyendo un camino en donde indudablemente lo más importante son las personas, por ese motivo, seguiremos con esa labor de conocer a los Hivers que se encuentren en esta ciudad, así como también conocer a las personas que se van integrando a esta plataforma, un camino que hace que nuestra plataforma sea un lugar más amigable y humano, al menos esa es mi percepción.

Some will notice that in Barquisimeto-Venezuela we have been carrying out activities very often, the impulse that gave us the first meetings is still important, in that way full of passion about this platform I have met people who work hard on this blockchain and in each meeting we get to know each other more and more to continue the work that we have proposed for this city.

Very recently I had the great pleasure of participating in an activity in the eastern part of the city, an activity organized by @jesusalejos, this event brought us together once again to a group of Hivers who are willing to continue working to publicize the benefits of this blockchain, and in that way strengthen the ties between those who make up the team of bees willing to work. In my opinion, this is a magnificent experience that strengthens the community within Hive, both those who participate and those who are being added to our hive, something that we always promote from this corner of the blockchain, the strengthening of the community and what better way to strengthen the community than working together side by side?

Teamwork

One of the advantages of being able to create these bonds in a personal way, is that we can work better as a team, know what others think without barriers in communication, know the desires and projects of all those who work in a community or healing project, that seems to me a significant advantage to create effective working teams and strategic alliances with a common goal, to strengthen the community.

It is quite a pleasant feeling to enjoy the work that is being done, but everything is better if people manage to connect and form meaningful bonds in the process, the atmosphere changes and everything flows in a better way, that is the feeling with every meeting, every meeting or every event we do in this city, every day we know each other a little more and those bonds are getting stronger.

Learning from others

Even though I may have some time in this blockchain I feel that I still have a lot to learn, I always try to learn a little more from those people who have more experience than me, I always hope to keep learning from all those people and the best thing is that they are willing to clarify any doubt, I am one of those who values a lot the wisdom of those who have more experience and knowledge than me, always discerning to establish my own path in this wonderful blockchain.

Having fun after work

Something that we like is to follow the meeting and talk after the events or "formal" meetings, it can be a meal or just chatting in the living room of a house, unfortunately in this case we could not have that moment of "celebration" because we had different occupations, however, surely we will enjoy another time that warmth of Hivers what together we make an environment of high energy and fun.

A clear example of what I mention in the previous paragraph is that after the Hive Play 2 Earn event in Barquisimeto we decided to go to the house of some Hivers friends to celebrate, Camila was at my cousin's house so that my wife and I had no limit with the time of arrival, we had a long time that we did not arrive at 4 am at our home, a celebration with our Hivers friends, a meeting so much fun that we almost got to see the sunrise with them. This kind of spaces are necessary, not only work or planning, it's good to relax and have a good laugh, the amazing thing is that we keep talking and joking about many aspects or situations in Hive.

All of this is of great value to my wife and me. After the health emergency in the country, we were very limited in sharing with friends, so some of them were also moving away from their occupations, having a close group where we can go out, meet or talk, is something that makes us happy and makes us escape from our day to day routines. In my case, my introverted personality means that I don't normally want to leave my house much, but the energy that emanates from the Hivers is unique and I enjoy meeting up with them.

We have discussed that at some point we can enjoy other types of meetings, such as going to the cinema or going to a café, outside of planning an event, which will undoubtedly bring us closer together and make any work on Hive flow more smoothly.

Continuing to build links and strengthen the community

Our goal is clear, to strengthen the community of Hivers in Barquisimeto, creating significant ties of fellowship and friendship among all, continue building a path where undoubtedly the most important are the people, for that reason, we will continue with this work to meet the Hivers who are in this city, as well as meet the people who are joining this platform, a path that makes our platform a more friendly and human place, at least that's my perception.
