Desde el primer encuentro en el Hive Creators Day, los Hivers de esta hermosa ciudad llamada Barquisimeto comenzamos a no solo a conocernos, sino también a trabajar en equipo, para dar a conocer nuestra blockchain favorita, e impulsar esta marca a todos lados.

Así como lo he mencionado anteriormente en otras publicaciones, veía como en otras ciudades había reuniones entre Hivers y deseaba que en Barquisimeto hubiese ese movimiento de reunir a los creadores de contenido y también hacer un trabajo de marketing en una de las ciudades más importantes de toda Venezuela.

Al momento de esta redacción, a pocos días de comenzar el último mes de año, deseamos mirar todo lo que fue ese inicio, desde el proceso de conocernos en primer lugar, para luego comenzar un trabajo en equipo en diferentes actividades, es por esa razón que es necesaria una reunión para la revisión de todas esas actividades, así como también una agenda de planificación para el año que viene.

Una Reunión

Tengo el placer de ser invitado en esta reunión con gran relevancia, me atrevo a decir que es de los encuentros más importantes que tendremos este año, ya que además de pasar un momento agradable, sobre la mesa estará la valoración del trabajo que hemos realizado como equipo de @hiversbqto. El crecimiento en cuanto a organización vendrá acompañado de este tipo de reuniones que a mi parecer totalmente necesario, sobre todo, para cerrar un año en el cual comenzamos nuestras labores como equipo.

Mejora Continua

Como equipo, nos queda un largo camino por recorrer si deseamos impactar de manera positiva a los talentos e inversiones dentro de la ciudad, para que vean en el ecosistema de Hive un futuro prometedor, en ese sentido, colocar en una balanza las diferentes actividades y valorarlas es necesario. Lo positivo y aquellos aspectos necesarios para mejorar continuamente. En lo personal pienso que nuestra estructura como equipo es buena, sin embargo, hay mucho que mejorar, en estas reuniones se nos otorga la oportunidad de obtener feedback de parte de nuestros compañeros, así como también de otros importantes hivers que de alguna manera han visto nuestra labor. Todos estamos dispuestos a mejorar y a seguir adelante para mostrar las ventajas de la blockchain de Hive a toda nuestra ciudad.

Este tipo de reuniones propicia las buenas ideas, definitivamente en esta ciudad tenemos muchas personas con talento y una gran cantidad de ideas que es necesario filtrar y planificar para posteriormente ejecutar. Esto se vuelve un aspecto evidente cuando nos reunimos por casualidad o de manera informal, otorgamos ideas, pero es momento de realizar una agenda para planificar las magníficas ideas de este grupo.

Motivación

Un efecto psicológico muy importante y en el que se incluye la motivación es lo que llamamos "sentido de pertenencia", es un aspecto importante, sobre todo, para un proyecto descentralizado, este sentido de pertenencia nos hace ir más allá y trabajar para que esta blockchain, la blockchain de todos nosotros sea reconocida a nivel mundial como la puerta a la web3.

Es necesario mencionar que dentro de este año algunas actividades quedaron por fuera de la agenda debido a la falta de planificación, es por esa razón en la que este tipo de reuniones es necesario.

Para esta importante reunión de evaluación y planificación, es necesario un espacio idóneo, hemos visto en un nuevo establecimiento el potencial de alojar nuestras reuniones, se llama Club Casa 7, un establecimiento en la ciudad vecina llamada Cabudare, no solo con el ofrecimiento de comidas y postres que un café requiere, sino que también posee dos hermosas salas de conferencias, cada una adecuadamente acondicionada y para este evento elegimos la de mayor tamaño para invitar a los Hivers que hayan sido parte de las actividades en Barquisimeto, así como también algunos invitados que desde otros estados de Venezuela han observado a distancia nuestro trabajo y desempaño.

Conclusión

Realmente, como organizadores de eventos y actividades que se dedican a impulsar la marca de Hive, es necesario realizar este tipo de reuniones, personalmente pienso que se debería realizar periódicamente para revisar los objetivos, los resultados, y establecer un mecanismo de mejora continua que sin dudas nos impulsará a que esta región de se enamore de la blockchain de Hive.

The growth in terms of organization will be accompanied by this type of meeting, which in my opinion is absolutely necessary, especially to close a year in which we started our work as a team.

As a team, we have a long way to go if we want to positively impact the talents and investments within the city, so that they see in the Hive ecosystem a promising future, in that sense, placing on a scale the different activities and assessing them is necessary.
