¿Are we moving away from today's world?

Lately we have evolved more and more in what has to do with technology, but something that catches my attention is the area of telephony, nowadays we can see how people are more focused on a cell phone than on anything else.

A couple of years ago there were no cell phones, and we lived very happily, but however I think that this device besides being necessary for many is also very harmful, the fact of being communicated with family and distant friends without having a cell phone is almost impossible.

You can imagine living in the United States, and you have a friend in Spain who you love like a brother and you can't communicate with him, you don't know how life is treating him, you don't even know if he is well, and you don't know when you will see him again.

And here thinking with myself, I begin to realize the genius of the person who created it, not just anyone does these things. But I think it all started when other artifacts were created, how for example the telegraph, or even the telefax, only a master mind is able to achieve things like this, and for that I think it needs too much imagination faith to make it work.

As the years, months, or even days go by, new things are seen, and technology has advanced so much that we are more and more amazed. A cell phone is necessary, and I admit that, but there are people who change or ignore happy moments just to be in front of a screen.

Not to mention those games that damage the minds of children, and even adults, as well as content for older people, whose programs should not be broadcast. But what can be done? We are living in an era where people are not thinking clearly and are only looking out for themselves.

I do enjoy technology, like everyone else, but I would never trade a good time for being in front of a screen. That's why the world is the way it is, because we rarely look up and take a look at what really matters.
