A few days ago I was going down the main street in my town and I observed the trunk of a tree sawn by the municipality due to its precarious state, since it had completely dried up for months, so it could fall at any time.

I found it interesting, the design offered by the cut made in wood by the saw... But as I got closer I could see something even more interesting: Myriads of tiny fungi on the wood that was beginning to decompose!...

Awwww... These little mushrooms look like little umbrellas made of whitish cloth!... (That was the first thing I thought)... So I dedicated myself to taking some photos, because the large number of publications from mushrooms that I usually see in #Hive, especially when it's #FunfiFriday...

Awwww...

Here in my town I actually see few mushrooms, so I'm not very good at taking pictures of these lovely organisms... But I got the idea that it's about the same as taking pictures of some flowers or insects!...

The little mushrooms had partially colonized this dry tree trunk in the middle of the street... So this was something like "Mushrooms placed on my path by destiny"... 🍄😂

Oh my gosh... After taking a few photos and looking at them on the camera screen, I realized that photographing mushrooms can become "deliciously obsessive"... They are tiny works of natural art!... 📷

That day I only had my 55-300mm zoom lens with me, so I had to do some extra effort to get close-ups with a blurred background, since the minimum focus distance on that lens is 1.5Mts (at f:300mm). ...But I'd like to do this sometime with my 100mm macro lens!... 😍📷

Anyway, I was there taking photos for more than 45 minutes that day and I was ecstatic with the visual appeal that these little mushrooms can have when the lens is directed at them... I guess I will have to explore the mountains and other areas more nearby, conducive to finding more mushrooms...🍄🍄🍄
