Strength Day and we represented our favorite NFL Football team 🏈 Go Cowboys! ⭐️
A good mix on the floor and 15 stroke row blocks definitely was strength infused.

• 15 stroke row
• 8 each x single arm chest press
• 8 x bench squat to bicep curl
Block 2
• 15 stroke row beat or match previous
• 8 each x single arm low row ( you missed it don't lie)
• 8 x swing lunge with twist
Block 3
• 15 stroke row best one
• 8 each x kneeling single arm shoulder press
• 8 x plank pull through ( again you just love this one)
• 8 x dead bugs
Tread
Block 1 - 6.5 minutes
• 2 minutes push
• 1 minute base
• 1 minute base 5%
• 1 minute push
• 1 minute base
• 30 sec AO 5%
Block 2 - 6.5 mins
• 2 minutes push
• 1 minute base
• 1 minute push
• 1 minute base 5%
• 1 minute base
• 30 sec AO 5%
Block - 3 6.5 mins
• 2 minutes push
• 1 minute base
• 1 minute push
• 1 minute base
• 1 minute push
• 30 sec AO 5%
Goal was to hold a first 2 min push pace and increase on the last block as they removed the base at incline..
My running was a bit inconsistent today and I power walked the inclines.
Still building up the endurance from the lack of running during the injury and preserving the leg for the 5K on Saturday.
I still got in a ton of work and my chart shows it 💪🏽

Nice activity. I have never been able to have that much in one day. That and the workout details wore me out … LOL
@darmst5339 - I struggled a bit, but got through it. It's awesome to be back at it for sure. Let's see how it goes on Saturday when I get on regular surface for my first run event in a while. Oh yes, I will be at OTF tomorrow and Sunday; so I'm a glutton for punishment.
