No Exertion, But Active - My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2021
Today, was rest day for Tiffany and me. It’s the most consistent day of the week free of the High Intensity Interval Training sessions we normally put in 6 days of the 7.
Mid-Week is perfect to give not only the body a break, but also the mental.
With that said, there are a few reasons why I still remained somewhat active m; considering I work remotely.
Just got over a hamstring injury and want to remain loose.
I don’t want to get a sedentary mindset, especially that I work from and an in front of the computer monitors all day including my personal online marketing.
Tiffa and I have a 5K coming up Saturday and it will be our first event run in a long time for obvious reasons. It’s also one of our favorites, which I will post on HIVE about afterwards.
For today, I had the stairs at home as a great way to stay ActiFit ✋🏽
Tomorrow, the National Football League kicks off it’s season and our Orangetheory Fitness home studio Nona North will be having a rep your team show off tomorrow while we workout and sweat in our besties and I’m ready!
