Hello... I love food but so i,m try my favourite dishes, Cabbage recipe
Hi,
Great to be here after a long time. Everyone love to eat food.I,m not different to others. So now i,m start to try my favourite dishes and share my recipe.
Winter season was remain. So i,m going to try make cabbage pakora.Ok lets start to describe my recipe.
First look of cabbage pakora
**Ingredients **-1.Cabbage
2.Onion
3.Coriander leaves
4.Spices masala
5.chilli
6.Egg
7.Flour
8.salt
9.oil.
Step-1
Collect all ingredient in a plate. Its very important to collect all ingredients and keep it in near hands for that you can easily find all ingredients.
There are 1 egg,some chop onions and chilli.
Step-2
I,m get a bowl. We are usually use Steel bowl and plate. So i will take all ingredients into the steel bowl. There first i will rake chop cabbage, egg,chop onion and green chilli.
Step-3
I,m forget to add coriander leaves when i,m realize it.I will chop coriander leaves into the bowl. Then i will get 1 tablespoon salr as we need.And some spice masala like noodles masala, Masala and cumin powder.
Last i will take 1/2 cup flour for that it was make good and don,t broke when i,m going to fry it.
It was make and i will make the shape. Shape making was easy and everyone knows it.
Step-4
I,m going to rake small pan and get some oil.When the oil was becoming hot i,m fry all cabbage pakora.
Decoration was simple.I,m take a cabbage long fresh leaves and wash it. Then keep it in a decorated palte and keep the leaves first and keep all cababge fry pakora over the leave. Aslo look more beautiful i will keep coriander leaves. That's all my describes my recipe.
