In Cafe Bar | A Small Garden Cafe 🌿☕️

Hello, Coffee and Cafe Lovers! ☕️✨

After running around town doing errands, with the heat of the scorching sun, I just wanted a fizzy, cold drink streaming down my throat. My mistake is not drinking water before heading out.

Thanks to Google, I can easily spot a cafe to cool down. 😮‍💨 I just searched a cafe near my location and booked a cab.

In Cafe is located at Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. Intramuros has a significant part in Philippine history as it is a reminder of the Spanish era which stretches to more than 300 years of occupation in the country.

Today, it is one of the best tourist spots to know more about the capital's history. At the facade of the cafe, I can tell that it is in the theme of Intramuros.

I can tell that this cafe is well-curated from floor to ceiling. The wood finish of the furniture and accent wall matched the leafy plants.

The velvety pillows were so soft and silky! Nice for photo ops with friends.

I wanted to eat outside to take advantage of the nice backdrop but that day was burning hot.

So my friend and I opted to sit inside with the air-conditioner blowing in our back.

The staff greeted us with the sweetest smile as we opened the door. A tablet is available at the cashier for an easy selection of drinks and food. 😊

It was not that difficult to navigate the tablet as it was just taps and swipes. While waiting for my friend's order, I took a snap of their aesthetic wood tray. 😁

After paying our order, the staff instructed us to personalize our cups by using the provided pen.

Honestly, I was so hungry and hot I did not really think of what to write, haha! But it is a nice gimmick of the cafe. 😊

Super neat and organized! Love the back and white matte finish. We were the only customer at that time so I got the best shot for this one. Normally, I am shy to take snaps when people are around. 😅

I wonder where they bought the chair, hehe. Rattan chairs are on trend right now so no wonder this cafe has one. It was so comfortable! 🥰

Someone forgot to throw away their half-eaten pasta. 🤨 The trash bin is just three steps away. I do not get what is difficult to clean as you go. Hmm, okay, maybe he/she was in a hurry.

Our order arrived in less than 10 minutes, which is a plus for a hangry human. 😆

Okay, it is a shame that I ordered Coke in can (1.45 USD) but I just want a fizz in my throat before I pass out because of the heat. 😆 In addition to my drink, I got thw burger steak with rice(2.89 USD). My friend got a butterscotch latte (2.17 USD) and adobo with rice (3.60 USD).

The serving was too big, so I gave half of my burger steak to my friend. Every bite was satisfying. The food was cooked as I like and washed with a cold Coke.

The butterscotch latte had the right balance of sweetness and milkiness. I can say it tastes like caramel candy, in a way. The adobo is delish! The garlic topping completed the savoriness and umami-ness of the dish.

In addition to the rice meals, we wanted to try their cheesy nachos. Again, a big serving for two people. 🌮 Generous with the nachos but was asking for the sauce more.

Before heading out, we ordered a blueberry cheesecake (3.16 USD) for takeaway. It was tiny but it was good! 🥰 A bit crumbly on the bottom but it gave justice to the price.

A bit pricey as compared to other cafes outside Intramuros. Since it is a tourist spot, it is understandable that prices are higher here. In the other hand, the food and drinks are good, so I can't complain about the price.

Delicious drinks and food. Big servings. Fast serving which is just under 10 minutes (Well, probably because we were just the two customers at that time).

Refreshing to the eyes. Out of the city aesthetic. Nice for photo ops! After dining here, people can walk around Intramuros.
