The instruments stack. So if your doing guitar lessons for skill points, I would suggest you not give away this card. If it is not your main instrument of focus, then I think it will be fine to giveaway.

Thank you for the suggestion i am always doing the guitar lessons only will try other lessons too may be i need these cards

There is no reason to not do the music lesson with the most skill points rewarded and there are no achievements for doing those lessons. So most people tend to focus on one or two different instruments. There are some people who specifically trade the ones they don't use for the ones they do. Of course, you will definitely want to find someone trustworthy.
