Visitando el Dragón Chino! [Esp/Eng]

Feliz y bendecido dias para esta hermosa familia HIVE. Espero que todo fluya positivamente en sus hogares.

Como le he dicho anteriormente, a mi familia nos encanta salir y compartir una vez en la semana un almuerzo o cena para conversar sobre nuestro acontecer.
Esta vez nos dimos cita en un lugar muy conocido por los comensales margariteños, pues tiene sus años de tradición en la comida China.

Pues se trata nada más y nada menos que del restaurante el Dragón Chino. Por muchos años se ubicaban en la Av. 4 de mayo en frente de Rattam Hipermarker y que ahora en la actualidad está ubicado en el Centro Comercial la Redoma de los Robles.

En el restaurante se puede observar parte de los muebles y adornos del antiguo Dragón Chino y muchos elementos que lo conforman, tienen una vitrina que enamora con todos esas piezas artesanales chinas.

Siempre pedimos los mismos platos, ya que es tradición ir y degustar esos sabores inigualables y recordar viejos tiempos. Entre ellos está el arroz especial de pollo y camarones, agridulce de pollo, shop suey y el preferido de mis hijos, un fu Yung de pollo y camarones.

Les cuento que todo estaba muy rico, pero no tenía el mismo sazón que lo caracterizaba, quedamos bien, sin embargo con la sensación de no haber comido en este restauran sino en cualquier otro, los platos buenos, pero no lo esperado y el fu Yung estaba un poquito pasado de candela es decir sabía un poquito quemado, lamentablemente ese día no fue el mismo de antes, puede ser que hayan cambiado de chef.

De Igual manera pasamos una cena agradable en familia y me encanta poder dejarles aquí reflejado en imágenes de lo que fue nuestra visita al dragón Chino, espero leernos en los próximos post.

As I have told you before, my family loves to go out and share a lunch or dinner once a week to talk and talk about our events.
This time we went to a place well known by the Margarita's diners, because it has its years of tradition in Chinese food.

This is nothing more and nothing less than the Chinese Dragon Restaurant. For many years it was located on 4 de Mayo Avenue in front of Rattam Hipermarker and is now located in the Redoma de los Robles Shopping Center.

In the restaurant you can see part of the furniture and ornaments of the old Chinese Dragon and many elements that make it up, they have a showcase that enamors with all those Chinese handcrafted pieces.

We always order the same dishes, as it is tradition to go and taste those unique flavors and remember old times. Among them is the special chicken and shrimp rice, sweet and sour chicken, shop suey and my children's favorite, a chicken and shrimp fu Yung.

The dishes were good, but not as expected and the fu Yung was a little overcooked, that is to say it tasted a little burnt, unfortunately that day was not the same as before, maybe they have changed the chef.

Anyway, we had a nice dinner with the family and I love to be able to show you here in pictures what our visit to the Chinese dragon was like, I hope to read you in the next posts.
