• Exercising regularly.
• Maintaining a good body weight.
• Keeping the skin moisturized with body oils or cream.
• Getting enough vitamin D
• Eating natural sources of omega-3 fatty acids like walnut, soybeans, fish, etc.
• Eat food that is high in iron.

Home remedies for stretch marks.

The nature of sugar makes it a good mild natural exfoliator for the skin which scrubs away dead skin cells on the stretch marks line to enable blood circulation and heal the broken skin cells. To prepare this home remedy treatment, you would need some sugar, coconut oil, and lemon juice. Coconut oil is good for the skin because of how it seeps deep into the skin, hydrating it and reducing healing time for stretch marks as well and lemon juice helps increase collagen level in levels.

Pour some amount of sugar into a small bowl, pour in some coconut oil, and top it up with the lemon juice, mix it all then apply it on your skin, rubbing it in a circular motion, and finally rinse off. For best results, this should be repeated at least twice a week.

Pure aloe vera naturally softens and heals the skin naturally, the nutrients in its flesh help cure scars and stretch marks by repairing the damaged skin cells. To use this as a remedy, apply the gel on the skin, rub and leave it for 15 minutes before wiping it off with a warm water-soaked washcloth. For best results, or should be done daily.

Your health and diet matter. Vitamin A improves elasticity and also reduces the appearance of fresh stretch marks on the skin. Eat food rich in vitamin A like carrots, broccoli, spinach, etc.

The only way to get rid of stretch marks is to deal with them with treatments immediately after they develop. Freshly developed stretch marks are usually pink or dark brown. When it is treated at that stage, there is a chance of it disappearing completely but when it turns white, home remedies like the ones listed above can help it fade out.

I used have a lot of stretching mark on my legs, because I lose weight so fast due to some problems, eating, running, gaining weight in a healthy way helped me somehow

I can relate to that, , it's good that over time, stretch marks tend to fade off on their their own. Did you perhaps use any medical treatment?

Not for now, but I have some that are already permanent, when they are red they can be treated naturally but when they turn white it is almost impossible, sometimes it causes me insecurity and I have thought about covering them with a laser because I have seen that it manages to fill them, well sometime I will but not now because I'm stuffed with a lot of expenses plus I live on my own, adult life is so...... refreshing, LOL

Well not bad...I also have the marks but I don't worry about them, i just rock them with pride. Yeah lasers are expenses, however, if I is very buoyant, I may not be a bad idea to go for it.
