Friends and brothers, by the grace of Islam, I am fine and I hope that all of you friends will be well. I went for a walk in performing Fajr prayers. There are many benefits of talking in the morning. When I go out for a walk, I walk along the road to the fields where there are lush fields etc. Getting cool and relaxed Walking reduces a person's weight and also protects a person from heart diseases. Very useful for diabetics. It is necessary to walk for about half an hour in the morning. The energy of the day is found, the heart and the blood also start circulating well
