Running in the Sun = 2x Harder

Today I woke up the same way as all Sunday mornings: Excited and nervous, but why?

You see, for the past month, I have been running every weekend, both as a way to keep my cardio in check and to lower my body fat percentages. All Has been working wonders, even though my body still has to assimilate running.

I constantly go to the gym, mixing both calisthenics and weight lifting, but my respect goes to runners, who have to manage their resources while constantly moving in uneven terrain.

From running at different times (Such as in the afternoon, the morning and noon) I'd figure out that the hardest of all times is when there's the sun hitting your back and causing fatigue.

While I normally can complete a 6km circuit at a fast pace with not too much difficulty, when you have sun rays smacking you in the back of the head constantly, one thing will be sure: You'll make a lot more stops.

From feeling that your belly is making weird, uncomfortable movements (Yeah, having breakfast before wasn't such a good idea) to your calves getting sore way faster, you'll face more adversities in the hot sun.

The good thing is, that even If It is harder, It provides me with some extra vitamin D and It is pretty helpful for my condition, as I'm able to hit the gym with much more intensity the next day.

So, to synthesize: I went running in the hot sun (approximately 35 degrees) and I had a hard time, but I felt great afterward. I encourage you to do the same If you are a fan of hard things. That or just going running when the sun goes down like a normal person.
