Aguero Breaks Thierry Henry Records Of 13 Years As Top Overseas Goalscorer
Argentina International and Manchester City forward Kun Sergio Aguero today surpassed most EPL goals scored by a foreign player which was previously held by Arsenal Legend Thierry Henry.
Henry's record stood at 175th goals until Aguero scored his 176th in the game against Aston Villa which saw him record a hat-trick in the 6-1 demolition.
Aguero also achieved this with fewer games as he made just 255 appearances for City compared to Thiery's 258 appearances for Arsenal.
His hat trick today against Villa also makes him the player with the most hat tricks in the history of the English premier league.
One goalscoring record now remains for the Argentine to surpass i.e player with the most goals in the EPL which is currently by Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney of 183 goals.
Aguero with 176 goals needs atleast 7 goals to shatter the record. I hope he does.
