An updated "Ditty of Spring"

↑An vase full of weeds↑

Limbs and branches, thorns and twigs;

Can you possibly see only these things?
Flowers and Buds, like Buttons and Bows
Everywhere sparkle and tickle your nose.

Skies are filling up as the birds return,

Forests and woodlands echo with song.
We know the heat is not too far away,
But for now let us sing as our hearts yearn.

A Profusion of Spring, explodes on the scene

Our eyes are watering; Bees a-buzzing
Noses gone red, from all of the rubbing
Taken together; a tableau serene

Arms flung wide in joy, as we play and sing,

Embracing each other in this Ditty of Spring.
