Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 139 Submission--A Prayer for All Souls by Gilbert Martin

The submission for today (A Prayer for All Souls by Gilbert Martin) is a little early in the year, but I really liked it. So I'm going to keep it in my repertoire for the time being. It is a straightforward ABA form with warm strings undulating under a cornet in the key of E-flat major in the right hand as the A section. A faster, contrasting B section moves the harmonies through several different keys before a return to the A section, now in the key of F major.
