Messing around with CRAIYON for the first time

After watching HBO's Last Week Tonight Season 9 Episode 20 (August 14, 2022) which did a bit about AI that could render images in a few minutes simply from text I knew I had to try it. I first tried DALL·E 2 but didn't want to wait around on their waitlist before I could try it. I couldn't get Midjourney to work either so I gave craiyon a go. All you have to do is type in some text and wait a minute and the AI will try to render what you wrote.

I don't know why a black cat riding a bike was the first thing that popped into my mind. The bike looks OK, but the cat's face looks jacked up. Let's try something else.

This one came out pretty interesting. The AI thought of HIVE as a bee hive and it made almost dreamlike social media icons. You couldn't really use any of these images for any type of presentation or post, but you could use them as the first layer in Photoshop and touch it up.

The colors came out nice, but what the hell is up with their faces? This technology is interesting, but still has a ways to go.

I don't know about you but I fucking hate Etheruem. I've never had a good experience with the chain and have even lost thousands of dollars simply trying to sell or convert coins only to have the transaction fail while still being charged ridiculous gas fees. I forgot which podcast it was and who said it, but they captured my feelings perfectly when they said, "Ethereum is the mother asshole where all shitcoins are shat out of."

JFK is my favorite president of all time. He had a big vision of going to the moon by the end of 1969 and NASA actually did it. How many times do you remember the government promising something and actually delivering on it? These pictures are just creepy. Why can't the AI draw faces?

My name is Jeremiah and I was born in 1980 so I remember hearing Three Dog Night's Joy to the World on the radio. For the longest time I thought the song was for or about me because the song begins with the lyrics, "Jeremiah was a bullfrog..." I even thought my last name was Bullfrog. I remember introducing myself to a pilot one time. When he asked me what my last name was I confidently told him Bullfrog. When he started laughing I thought maybe it wasn't really my last name.
It's a pretty groovy song. I don't know why people in Asia have such a hard time pronouncing my name so I'll always show them this song to correct them.

When my wife walked into the room and saw this image on the screen she laughed and said, "Look, it's you 100%!"
Contest:
I have a few extra Gold Foil Splinterlands cards laying around so let's have a contest! Leave a comment with an AI-generated image and I'll send the best or funniest comment a card. If you don't have a Splinterlands account then I'll send some HIVE your way. Don't forget to leave your in-game name!
