Almuerzo para resolver en pocos minutos [ESP-ENG]

TIPS:

Many people rinse the rice before cooking; I don’t rinse it, though. If you do rinse it, this first step would be your second step. Sauté the rice in a little oil; make sure to sauté it well, until it’s lightly browned, then add a teaspoon of salt along with the rice.

Make sure the rice is lightly browned, not burnt, and that each grain is coated in oil.

Add a lid when you lower the heat, so the rice can finish cooking with the steam that will be released when you cover it.

Eggs are always a great option when you’re looking for a quick lunch—they’re easy to prepare, can be mixed with other ingredients, and are affordable. I hope you enjoyed this version of scrambled eggs. Feel free to add more vegetables—whatever you have on hand. The more colors you incorporate, the better your scrambled eggs will taste. Thanks for reading this far. Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever tried eggs this way.
