The art of laughter one of my curiosities.

Happy weekend creatives.

I'm back here to share with you in these initiatives of our friend @galenkp AND in this community that I like and motivates my curiosity to learn more from those who participate here.

This is how I have selected my topic to develop in this post, curiosity, I have my own definition of curiosity as an inner motivation that drives the discovery of new ways of doing things.

However, I took the task of reading a little about this topic, and there are so many characteristics that define us as curious, both human beings and animals. In conclusion, curiosity is an instinct that allows us to preserve life, to adapt to the environment, curiosity is a strength that allows us to discover, investigate, investigate, find new ways to solve problems or understand a situation. Curiosity is a motivation that keeps us alive and alert.

In short, being curious is an important input that is attributed to animals and human beings, it is these who give it the creative value.

Since we are little we are curious about everything that surrounds us, this drives us to try, to touch, to experiment, we find in curiosity a lot of good actions, we learn, we develop skills, we acquire new neuronal connections.

However, we also learn from undesired results, from accidents, misunderstandings, failures are important lessons of life, to prevent, to take care of the body and emotions.

Considering these aspects, I will answer the following question
The question of the week is

Describe something that piqued your interest or curiosity, but you didn't really know anything about. Why were you curious about it and how did you satisfy that curiosity?

I have felt in many moments of my life the need to learn new things, monotony and routine works little with me, I get bored of lazy and repetitive jobs, after a while I already wish to learn something more and different, to appropriate that knowledge.
I have my curious sensor always on, sometimes it is good and sometimes not very satisfactory.

Among so many motivations and episodes I tell you the one that at this moment resonates much more, I like the performing arts, I feel that in them people find a way to live facets or roles of life, it is also to lose the fear of ridicule and to expose themselves in front of many people.

Although I am introverted, one day out of curiosity to live that experience, of which I knew little, I went to theater workshops when I was 15 years old, I felt that I wanted to do it but the activities and exercises that were proposed there were a challenge to get out of my comfort zone. However, I took on the challenges and learned a few things. At that time my artistic experience was not consolidated.

That curious radar towards the performing arts is always on, it took me in adulthood to be part of a cast of a play, in the school where I worked with young people with cognitive disabilities, where I played with my little knowledge a character, a bad witch hahaha I enjoyed those days, curiosity drove me to try things that in many moments perhaps I refused. That beautiful experience led us to perform in theaters in the city, to raise funds for the education of these young people.

After I left this institution, I was still interested in exploring other manifestations of the performing arts and it is later where I enrolled in a standup comedy workshop, that experience was super, I had a lot of fun, laughing at my own stories. Creating new ways of expressing myself, through humor, a reflexive humor.

All these experiences that I started out of curiosity and to try a new activity, currently strengthen an important aspect in my role as a teacher, now I consider that I am more fluent in speaking, I can express myself in a harmonious way, I like to make jokes or narrate funny episodes in my classes because I feel that humor is the basis of a good connection, plus it makes us relax and enter into confidence.

I have had the opportunity to satisfy my curiosity and have satisfactory results, to meet wonderful people, to learn about my abilities and possibilities, to challenge myself and above all to enjoy and be happy in the process, which is what life is all about.

Thank you for reading me and motivating me every week with these powerful questions that make me reflect and discover that I have done so many things in my journey on earth, sometimes I think I have achieved nothing.

Also writing is Hive has been a process of curiosity that responds to the need to generate income and find a space of expression that sword my talents...

See you in my next idea...
