You have to help him. If there is little diarrhea you have to leave him without food for several hours and then feed him again, but with rice and chicken. Only then he will feel better. But if it is a strong diarrhea you should take him to the vet 🙏

Thank you for attention and suggestion, I have given Rocko guava leaf extract and he is getting better after drinking the extract.
Rocko lost his appetite.
her lips were pale.
he did not eat or drink all day.
I injected water into his mouth.
hopefully that keeps her from getting dehydrated
you gave some very good advice.
I will try it.
I hope he will get well soon and be able to play again with Steve.
