The "Almost there" moment. ✨🙏🏻

Hey everyone! 👋

For todays blog, I wanted to highlight each of the steps that my brother's college journey has taken on the way to the finish line, here in Hive, just as I mentioned in my Ring Hop Ceremony post few days ago.

I started this kind of post when I got inspired during his Pinning & Candle lighting Ceremony which I first posted here.

This is not meant to gloat, but rather to encourage and inform everyone that they have the option to pursue and complete their life's passion. That poverty is not and never a hindrance to success. If your will is as strong as your urge to success in life, there is always a way to reach that goal so go for it!

My brother had his Pre-graduation photoshoot last Monday, May 29, 2023. I felt emotional thinking that my brother is finally graduating this month! (This is it.)

Previously, when I knew that my brother is in his last semester of this year, I kept asking him when their graduation date would be, how he was doing with his OJT (which will also end this month! Wohoo!) if he was happy with their thesis, and how he and his examinations were going.

I know I'm clingy and too excited that I badly want him to update me everything. To be honest, I partially felt bad doing it because, it feels like I put too much pressure on him or I can't wait for him to graduate so that he can help me with the bills, things like that.. Its the reality that we all know, we can't avoid. Eventually, after graduation, whether they like it or not, students will have to search for job, to apply all the learnings they have during college and to start to face the real world outside their comfort zone. But despite of those questions, he was able to pass all of the hardships, I knew from the start that he can, and the different challenges he had to go through to get into the finish line.

I and my mom went together with him to join the family photo (which is included to photo package). Its just so sad my father was not able to come with us because he had few time-offs prior he can't take one anymore at this time but he said he'll surely attend the graduation day.

Of course, with the help of my loving and very generous cousin, @spontaneousobber, we were able to capture this memorable moment of my brother's college life. You're awesome cous! (She sponsored the package set of this pictorial.)

Its not just my brother who's having the happiest days of his life, but also my mother who's more emotional than me. Lol
You can definitely tell it from my mother's shy smiles and excitement on her eyes while we're waiting our turn for picture taking. When our family name was called, because we were ask to sit and wait outside the room, we entered the room and found my brother wearing the black toga with the yellow vest on him.

Looking fresh and happy while talking to his classmates, I was like, where's my baby brother? Who's this man! Lol I can't believe my youngest pluffy brother is now a grown up responsible man, on his way to a new chapter of his life.

After the pictorial, my mom ask for some photos in front of the university's facade. That's how happy she is and I am so glad that she's very happy with the status of her family now despite of all the life challenges she's carrying on her back. I can only imagine.

I'm happy we're making her happy which she truly deserve. It was actually her first time dressing up that started on ring hop coz I want her to, but I know she's loving it secretly. She didn't experience this before but she remained contended which makes her even more humble and that's my mom, a one of a kind woman.
